Chapel Demolition

EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- The Eielson AFB chapel has been a historical landmark here at Eielson since February 15, 1955 and was demolished May 15. The building was demolished to help make room for the new base exchange that will help improve living conditions for the Airmen stationed here.
