Eyes from Above
EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- An HH-60G Pave Hawk assigned to the 210th Rescue Squadron Detachment 1, flies over the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS) in search for suspicious activity on May 10 during Northern Edge. The TAPS runs north to south, almost 800 miles from Prudhoe Bay to Valdez. During this exercise the 210th RSQ patrolled from Livengood to Delta covering 172 miles.
