EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- Staff Sgt. Brad Gurley from the Base Water Treatment Plant tests a vile of chlorinated water in a Spectrophotometer to determine it's chlorine level, which must range between 1.0 and 1.5 milligrams per liter. This is part of a Water Analysis process. Water Analyis tests for the major elements, Chlorine, Floride, Phosphate, Maganese, Iron, and Ph levels, among many others present in the base distrobution system.
