Red Flag; Blue Foxes
EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- An F-16C, 18th Fighter Squadron "Blue Foxes", Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, refuels from KC-10 Extender, call sign "Shaman Five One" during a refueling mission here on 18 April in support of Red Flag-Alaska 07-1. The 18th Fighter Squadron conducts air operations for combat-ready F-16 aircraft, working closely with 355th Fighter Squadron to provide close air support, forward air control (airborne), battlefield air interdiction, and offensive counter air.
