Arctic Refueling

EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska--Capt Oliver Rick, 355 Fighter Squadron, positions his A/OA-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft behind a 168 Air Refueling Sqadron KC-135 Stratotanker for aerial refueling over the Pacific Alaska Range Complex. The 355th Fighter Squadron is tasked to provide mission ready A/OA-10s as well as search and rescue capability, in Alaska and deployed sites worldwide. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt.
