Community Partnership Day 2009

Tom Moyer and Command Sgt. Maj. Todd Wentland trim a tree during Community Partnership Day July 10, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Community Partnership Day is hosted by the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce to show their support for the military. Volunteers from Eielson Air Force Base, Fort Wainwright Army Post and the Fairbanks community work side by side on a military improvement projects which alternate from Fort Wainwright and Eielson Air Force Base each year. Mr. Moyer is the Director of United States Senator Mark Begichs' Fairbanks office and Sgt. Major Wentland is the Command Sgt. Major for the Fort Wainwright Alaska Garrison.
