Memorial for fallen Airman

BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq -- Airmen and Soldiers held a memorial service here Aug. 24 for Air Force Master Sgt. Brad A. Clemmons, a veteran explosive ordnance disposal technician. From the tools of his trade, the memorial symbolized the sergeant who was killed Aug. 21 when his vehicle was struck by an improvised explosive device near Taji, Iraq. As team leader of a weapons intelligence flight, he was deployed from Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska and had come to Iraq to collect information for ways to defeat IEDs.
