B-1 Lancer's at RF-A 08-3
EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska --A B-1 Lancer from Dyess Air Force Base sits on the Eielson flight line during RED FLAG-Alaska 08-3 June 18, 2008. The B-1 Lancer is a supersonic strategic bomber with variable-sweep wings. The B-1's from Dyess are participating in RF-A 08-3 these exercises are conducted on the Pacific Alaskan Range Complex with air operations flown out of Eielson and Elmendorf Air Force bases in Alaska.
