Airmen keep sharp on the range
Master Sergeant Roy Pflughoeft, 354th Civil Engineering Squadron, fires an M-9 Feb. 18, 2009 at the 354th Security Forces Squadron Combat Arms Training and Maintenance Facility on Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. The M-9 qualification course requires students to be accurate at varying distances and proficient at placing rounds in two different sized targets. Airmen fired during sub-zero temperatures which can make qualification more challenging. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Willard E. Grande II)
