Red Flag-Alaska 08-02

U.S Navy Petty Officer Second Class Wyatt Zarr walks in the snow and harsh Alaska temperature past an EA-6B Prowler aircraft while Navy aircraft maintenance personnel perform pre-flight maintenance on the aircraft on April 7, 2008 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. The Navy Prowler unit is from Naval Air Station Whidbey Island and is participants of the Red Flag-Alaska 08-02 exercise. Red Flag-Alaska is a series of Pacific Air Forces field training exercises for U.S Forces and allies that provide joint offensive counter-air, indirection, close air support, and large force employment training in a simulated combat environment.
