Solar power solution

Maj. Anthony Dulca operates a snow machine Dec. 16, 2008, to a remote operating facility in the Interior of Alaska. Detachment 460 operates and maintains 12 remote locations all throughout the state of Alaska that monitor for any nuclear seismic and atmospheric activity. Many of their sites are only accessible by airlift, all-terrain vehicle or snowmobile. He is the commander of Det. 460 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska.
