EIELSON AIR FORCE, Alaska--Mr. Mike Nafploitius does not let his impairment of being blind effect performing his job duties nor other aspects of his life. He feels his lack of vision is more of a nuisance at times than a handicap. Mr. Nafploitius has been employed at the Individual Equipment Issue store at Eielson A.F.B since 2001 helping customers with clothing issue, stocking the clothing room and storing shipments in the stockroom.
