Seeing right through you
U.S Air Force Staff Sgt. Rutherford Alejo, a Diagnostic Imaging Technician assigned to the 354th Medical Group, Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska views and analyzes a processed radiograph of a hand for quality control before sending the images to the physician who requested the x-ray. Each processed radiograph is checked for correct exposure, proper position, and other items to ensure the radiograph is free from any defects and the area being examined is clear based on position and exposure so the physician can make a precise diagnosis.
