EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska--Col. John Stutts, 354th Mission Support Group commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Richard Womer, 354th MSG superintendent, cut the ribbon for the newly-redesigned dining facility the morning of Feb. 6.
