The Trackers

SERE (survival, evasion, resistance, escape) specialists with the 353rd Combat Training Squadron, hold their position as a simulated downed pilot gets a head start before they track him down Oct. 14, at the Pacific Alaskan Range Complex. The mission objective for the downed pilot was to safely navigate to a safe point where he can be airlifted out, while at the same time avoid enemy detection and the many dangers a freezing environment can present.
