Oil Spill training
Tom Rayburn, an oil and fuel spill clean up instructor from the Defense Energy Support Center assists placing a water contamination boom into Bear Lake for a oil and light fuels spill water contamination clean-up exercise July 23, 2008 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska . A contamination boom provides a barrier between contaimated water and uncontaiminated water. This exercise is an annual requirement based on the Oil Pollution Act of 1990.
