Oil Spill training
Members of the 354th Civil Engineer Squadron, U.S Navy Supervisor of Salvage Team, Defence Energy Support Center, and the Spectra Tech and Ensafe Corporations assemble a fast tank in preparation for a oil and light fuels spill water contamination clean-up exercise July 23, 2008 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska . A fast tank is a collection point where any oil and light fuel that has been cleaned out of water is placed. This exercise is an annual requirement based on the Oil Pollution Act of 1990.
