Airmen use SABC, save three from icy water
After seeing a boat capsize in the Upper Chena River near Fairbanks, Alaska, May 26. 2013, aircraft structural maintenance technicians Senior Airman Noe Puente, Staff Sgt. Travis McKee, and Tech.
