AF top leader visits Iceman Team

Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Mark A. Welsh III fist bumps Airman 1st Class Carissa Booker while preparing for lunch Aug. 30, 2013, during a visit to Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. Welsh, his wife, Betty, and Athena Cody, wife of Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force James Cody, visited the base to discuss opportunities and challenges in the region and thank Airmen and their families for their dedication and sacrifice. Eielson was the final stop on their two-week tour of the Pacific region. Booker is a food services journeyman assigned to the 354th Force Support Squadron at Eielson.
