Two U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptors from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, fly behind a KC-135 Stratotanker from Kadena Air Base, Japan, over the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex during RED FLAG-Alaska 13-3 Aug. 14, 2013.
