U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Jimmy Boulware, a 354th Logistics Readiness Squadron quality assurance inspector, is given a certified Quilt of Valor, May 27, 2015, sewed by school age program students over the course of six months at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska.
