Cut training keeps maintenance mission moving
Members of the 354th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (AMXS) troubleshoot an F-16 Fighting Falcon assigned to the 18th Aggressor Squadron at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, Oct. 8, 2015. The 354th AMXS created a program called “cut training” to cross utilize Airmen to fill undermanned crew chief positions. Lawrence was the first Airman to complete the program.
