U.S. Airmen assigned to the Alaska Air National Guard’s 210th Rescue Squadron (RQS) Detachment 1 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, prepare for routine training while flying in an HH-60G Pave Hawk combat search and rescue helicopter June 9, 2016, in the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex. In addition to providing alert support for Eielson, the 210th RQS also provides assistance to the U.S. Coast Guard, Alaska State Troopers and the National Park Service.
