Icemen born abroad: The Atchoe Family

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Francis Atchoe, a Detachment 1, 3rd Air Support Operations Squadron personnel journeyman, kisses his wife Airman 1st Class Brenda Atchoe, a 354th Force Support Squadron personnel journeyman, while their son Ethan laughs Feb. 15, 2017, at their home on Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The Atchoe’s met through a mutual friend while they were attending college at different universities and have since gained citizenship and hope to become officers in the Air Force.
