3rd Wing Airmen arrive at Eielson for Polar Force 22-4
U.S. Airmen assigned to the 3rd Wing, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, offload cargo from a C-17 Globemaster III during Polar Force 22-4 on Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, March 29, 2022. This is the first PF exercise led by the 3rd Wing, with the 673d Air Base Wing as a supporting participant. PF 22-4 provides effective, flexible and capabilities-centered forces ready for deployment worldwide, and enables real-world proficiency in response to a variety of crises.
