Eielson AFB conducts Drone Test

U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Derek Matteson, 354th Security Forces Squadron counter-small unmanned aircraft systems (C-sUAS) NCO in charge, and Gary Olson, 354th SFS C-sUAS plans and programs chief, conduct a drone test March 20, 2024 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. Eielson AFB was selected by Pacific Air Forces command as the testing base for this new technology due to its extreme weather conditions.
