Airmen from the 354th Medical Group set up a portable decompression sickness chamber, Hyperlite 1, during a hyperlite chamber training exercise at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, May 3, 2024. Hyperlite stretchers such as this one are designed to assist patients who need hyperbaric oxygen therapy and the transportation of patients in emergency situations.
