John Olshefski, 354th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron commander, salutes Airmen from the 354th OMRS during a Change of Command ceremony June 28, 2024 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. Olshefski came from the 45th Medical Group at Patrick Space Force Base in Florida. The Operational Medical Readiness Squadron provides frontline medical support, health promotions and disease prevention, to execute medical support to the wing’s deployment mission, and coordinate medical clearance of base population personnel.
